We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know, and we'll give you a return address and your choice of a replacement or refund.
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours or sooner. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Please contact our support team if you are dissatisfied with your order, and we will try our best to resolve the situation.
We DO NOT issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g providing the wrong shipping address)
- Past our 24-hour rule.
- For hygiene reasons, used leather choker collars are not eligible for return. If the item has been used, we may offer a partial refund or an exchange for a different variant.
Reminder: You (the buyer) have 30 days after receiving your product to make a return/refund. Any claims made outside of this time frame will not be accepted, with no exception.
Orders cannot be cancelled after being shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to wait for your product to arrive. (Refunds are not allowed unless the product is damaged, defective, or if you are dissatisfied with your order).
